We ask you to inspect your furniture upon receipt, with the delivery team still present. Goods which are obviously damaged should be returned. If you discover hidden freight damage after the delivery team has left, or if a manufacturing defect becomes visible, contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it. Because many of the products we sell are made to order, there could be some limitations to what we can accept as returns.
